MS STRUCTURE – Standard marine container structure.
OUTSIDE WALL – Standard Marine Container Walls.
INSIDE WALL – The paneling of side walls and roof shall be of 7.5mmthickPrelaminatedMDF Board & all vertical and horizontal corners shall be neatly smoothly finished with Aluminum sections.
FLAT ROOF – Standard flat roof.
FLOOR – Standard marine ply & Interlocking EVA foam mat shall be fixed on the panel. (100% water, termite & dimensional proof with mat).
FALSE CEILING- False ceiling (laminated board): with 7.5mm thick Pre laminated MDF Board, above false ceiling insulation material to be provided 40mm thick.
DOOR – The door shall be of external opening type made out of the same materials wall panels & canopy above the door. Framework by tubular pipe 60mm X40mm & the door interior shall be finished with same material matching with that of the Cabin interior. Door with std hardware locks & handles.
INSULATION – Roof Insulation – Insulation of Glass wool one side silver coated foil Density of 32Kg/m3. Wall Insulation- Insulation of Rockwool of Density of 48kg/m3.
